About the Role
We’re building out our driver roster for courier and final-mile delivery routes across Mariposa, Madera, Stanislaus, Merced, and Fresno counties. As one of our drivers, you’re not just behind the wheel — you’re the face of our operation at every stop.
We run box trucks under 26,000 lbs GVWR. No CDL required. What we do require is reliability, professionalism, and a safety-first attitude every single time.
What You’ll Do

Operate 26-ft Box Trucks
Local and regional routes, residential neighborhoods, and mountain roads

Pre/Post-Trip Inspections
Complete DVIRs before and after every run — no shortcuts
📦
Cargo Securement
Load bars, straps, and tie-downs — every load secured to standard
📱
Dispatch Communication
Stay connected via our dispatch system and communicate professionally
🧹
Vehicle Maintenance
Keep your truck clean and report issues before they become problems
⚖️
DOT & Safety Compliance
Follow all applicable regulations and company safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
→
Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
→
Minimum 2 years driving experience — commercial preferred, not required
→
Ability to pass a background check and DOT physical (we cover the cost)
→
Comfortable with large vehicles in residential areas and on mountain terrain
→
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and handle extended driving shifts
→
Reliable transportation to our dispatch yard in Mariposa
→
Professional communication skills and strong situational awareness
→
Basic smartphone proficiency for dispatch and logging apps

No CDL required. Our box trucks operate under the 26,000 lb GVWR threshold. If you do hold a CDL, that’s a plus — we’ll want to talk to you about where we’re headed as we scale up.
