About the Role
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable movers to help families and businesses in Central California with their relocations. You’ll be part of a professional crew, using proper equipment and techniques to move items safely and efficiently.
This isn’t just hauling boxes—you’ll learn proper lifting techniques, how to protect furniture, and how to work as a team to complete jobs on time. No experience required; we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload household goods, furniture, and boxes from trucks and homes
- Use dollies, straps, blankets, and other professional moving equipment
- Protect customer belongings with blankets, pads, and proper handling techniques
- Communicate professionally with customers and crew members
- Navigate stairs, elevators, and tight spaces safely
- Follow crew leader instructions and maintain a positive attitude
- Complete pre-move walkthroughs and inventory checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment
Requirements
Physical Ability
Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods
Age Requirement
Must be 18 years or older
Reliability
Show up on time, every time. Dependability is essential
Communication
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with crew and customers
Background
Must pass a basic background check
Work Authorization
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous moving, warehouse, or labor experience
- Experience working as part of a team
- Customer service background
- Valid driver’s license (for future driver opportunities)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when needed

Typical Day
You’ll start by arriving at the job site and meeting your crew leader. Together, you’ll do a walkthrough with the customer, discussing the plan and identifying any special items. Then you’ll begin loading the truck, using proper techniques and equipment to protect everything.
Once loaded, you’ll travel to the destination (usually within 30-150 miles) and unload items where the customer directs. Jobs typically range from 2-8 hours depending on the size of the move. You’ll work as a team, communicate throughout, and ensure the customer is satisfied before wrapping up.
