For B2B recurring accounts and dedicated contract arrangements, separate service agreements govern the relationship. Those agreements take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
- Same-day cancellations will forfeit any deposit paid
- For B2B contract clients, cancellation terms are governed by the individual service agreement
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific disputed service. Alphia’s Movers LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items, buildings, or property not caused by our crew.
Clients seeking higher valuation coverage for sensitive or high-value items should arrange appropriate third-party insurance prior to service.
